Rounding out the top five was the Supercheap Auto Ford Mustang driven by Nash Morris ahead of Owen Kelly’s similar Garry Rogers Motorsport run entry, while the TPS Group/Breeze Holiday Parks-sponsored Chevrolet Camaro of Brett Holdsworth broke the pony streak.

Rounding out the top 10 were Dial Before You Dig’s Jon McCorkindale, rookie Cody Burcher in his new livery and Dalton Ellery all in Mustangs.

In second practice, Brook set the fastest time with a 2m 12.920s to be 0.129s ahead of Gurton as Herne followed in third from Grice and Holdsworth.

Burcher improved to be sixth ahead of McCorkindale, Morris, Kelly and Grice’s teammate Nic Carroll in the Hogan Prestige Cars Dodge Challenger.
