Real world track tests means date changes for TCR Australia SimRacing Series

As the motorsport world starts to emerge from its COVID-19 induced hibernation, many TCR Australia teams have begun to ramp up their testing programs.

Wall Racing is the first big team to turn laps, with John Martin driving his Honda Civic Type R TCR at Sydney Motorsport Park today, and HMO Customer Racing also due to hit the track in the coming week.

To accomodate the increased testing that teams are undertaking, the Australian Racing Group has elected to change the dates and days of the SimRacing series, with Round 2 to be held at Mount Panorama next Thursday.

From Round 3 onwards, the racing will be run on Wednesday evenings.

GRM Renault driver Dylan O’Keeffe is currently leading the carsales TCR Australia SimRacing Series.
